Jaadi Limited is Independent Mortgage and Insurance Broker. We are directly regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, which means that we offer a whole of market mortgage advice. We provide a high level of knowledge and experience.  Our advisers are CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) - A Chartered Institute of Bankers qualification.

Having no ties to any lender we are able to offer unbiased and impartial advice. This means that we compare mortgage rates and find you the most suitable deals based on your personal circumstances and future plans. If you contact a lender directly, they will only be able to offer you products from their own limited range of mortgage deals. Many estate agents brokers only have access to a panel of mortgage lenders. Jaadi Limited has access to the Whole of the Mortgage Market, which means you can be confident that can find the right deal for you.

 

We also have access to exclusive deals and products via Mortgage Clubs and Networks, which are not available by applying to the lender direct. These can be cheaper rates, lower fees or incentives such as cash-back or a free property valuation. There are also lenders who only offer products through brokers and that the public cannot obtain on their own.
